Changes: This time only the XL (LiveDVD) version is available for download. It contains kernel 2.6.18, glibc 2.5, gcc 4.1, GNOME 2.16, Firefox/Thunderbird 2, the latest InitNG, and over 1400 packages.

Changes: Many improvements have been made since preview2. This release includes InitNG, Xorg 7.0, kernel 2.6.15, udev 0.81, etcnet, Tango icons, and new coldplug/hotplug. Booting the LiveCD has been made faster. There are two versions: L (LiveCD) which contains GNOME 2.12 and Xfce 4.2, and XL (LiveDVD) which also contains the latest Enlightenment 17 and Matchbox desktop environments and lots of other software.

Changes: Over 30 bugs have been fixed. The main changes are new X autoconfiguration and support for Gnome System Tools (easy graphical configuration, e.g. network).

Changes: The LiveCD now contains Linux kernel 2.6.11, GNOME 2.10, XFCE 4.2, and full development libraries and headers for gcc 3.4.x. So it is now possible to compile programs (including GTK+ programs) when running the LiveCD. squashfs and unionfs are used, and over 2100MB of software is included.

Changes: LiveCD is now fully separated from other CDs. The kernel is 2.6.5. The authors have switched from XFree86 to the X.Org implementation with freedesktop XLIBS. Many bugs have been fixed and many improvements have been added.
