Changes: Changes to bring the configuration up to date with the ALSA 0.9-rc6 release. A small bugfix to switch the timer off.

Changes: This release contains a small change to play MIDI files that contain playable notes in the tempo track. Although such files are not really valid, pmidi now plays them in the same way that other MIDI players do.

Changes: An update was made to track the changing ALSA API. This version is designed to build with the current ALSA CVS version. This release contains no new functionallity or bug fixes, and you do not need to upgrade unless you need to build with the latest ALSA.

Changes: configure and automake files were added, as well as some documentation updates. There are no bugfixes or functionality changes.
