PrensaLibre is a monolithic Perl CGI which automates the process of publishing a Web magazine. It produces HTML, WAP, RSS, and Text Bulletin output. The template-based magazine layout is fully customizable and fully Web-administered, and all articles and news are entered via Web forms. There is also no need for database server, as all articles are stored in a flat file format. The software and documentation are currently available in Spanish.

Changes: PrensaLibre now supports Windows (NT & 95). There has been some bugfixing (mainly on the WAP side) and should work out of the box without any problems (well, the win32 support is still beta I think, I've only tested it on one machine).

Changes: First public release.
