PowerTab Tools contains a library for accessing PowerTab Tablature files (*.ptb) and utilities for converting .ptb files to ASCII and GNU LilyPond files.

Changes: A lot of bugs in the parsing engine have been fixed. Notes in lower strings are handled correctly now. Lilypond support has had some major improvements.

Changes: Large improvements have been made in the parser (no ptb file could be found that it didn't understand), PTB files can now be converted to MusicXML, and a summary of a PTB file can be shown.
