Pulse is a continuous integration server (or build server) designed to be easy to use while offering powerful features. It regularly checks your source code out from your SCM, builds your projects, and notifies you of the results. Key features include simple setup and administration using an AJAX-powered Web UI, adaptability to existing environments, distributed building, personal builds (test using Pulse before committing), and individual developer dashboards and notification preferences.

Changes: Changes in this stable build include support for tagging git repositories, improved handling of revised history in upstream git repositories, improvements to the email committers hook to allow use of Perforce emails and/or manually mapped emails, options for sending build notifications all users who have made changes since the last successful build, improvements to Boost.Test support, and minor bugfixes.


Changes: This is a stable build in the 2.0 series. Changes include the ability to capture custom metrics with build results; additional built-in, configurable trend reports; the ability to configure your own trend reports, including reports based on custom metrics; new remote API methods to inspect and manage the build queue; a new property referencing syntax that allows a default value to be specified; and minor bugfixes.


Changes: This is a stable build in the 2.0 series. Changes include: a new option to allow responsibility to be automatically cleared on a successful build; improvements to the system information page; support for submitting personal builds via a proxy; improvements to the administration UI for Internet Explorer users; and minor bugfixes.

Changes: Changes include a rewrite of the dashboard and browse views to make them more dynamic and allow their layout to be saved, new build hook options to allow them to be run for personal builds and exempted from manual triggering, Internet Explorer 8 compatibility improvements, and minor bugfixes.
