Changes: Some parts of the code were rewritten to be less buggy and more stable, reliable, and portable. The functions _have_recode, _have_alsa, _have_libmng, and _have_ldap were added. The functions _patch, _doc, and _source were fixed and improved. Support for passive FTP connections was added.

Changes: Configuration options were added to define a temporary directory other than /tmp, to define which SF mirror to use, and to allow running pwbuilder as root. Some new _have_* functions were added. Existing functions were fixed and improved. Compatibility with Slackware was fixed. Other bugfixes and improvements were made.
