Changes: NLS support was added. _execindir, _next_configure, _next_make, and _next_install functions were added. Initial support for slapt-get dependencies was added. SourceForge support was improved. _chmod and _chown functions were improved. Debug mode was improved.


Changes: Some parts of the code were rewritten to be less buggy and more stable, reliable, and portable. The functions _have_recode, _have_alsa, _have_libmng, and _have_ldap were added. The functions _patch, _doc, and _source were fixed and improved. Support for passive FTP connections was added.
