Changes: NLS support was added. _execindir, _next_configure, _next_make, and _next_install functions were added. Initial support for slapt-get dependencies was added. SourceForge support was improved. _chmod and _chown functions were improved. Debug mode was improved.

Changes: Some parts of the code were rewritten to be less buggy and more stable, reliable, and portable. The functions _have_recode, _have_alsa, _have_libmng, and _have_ldap were added. The functions _patch, _doc, and _source were fixed and improved. Support for passive FTP connections was added.

Changes: Configuration options were added to define a temporary directory other than /tmp, to define which SF mirror to use, and to allow running pwbuilder as root. Some new _have_* functions were added. Existing functions were fixed and improved. Compatibility with Slackware was fixed. Other bugfixes and improvements were made.

Changes: An option to choose a SourceForge mirror has been added, a new _config command, resolution of a conflict with some configure scripts, support for gzipped or bzip2'ed but not tarred sources, updated documentation, and a TODO file.

Changes: The documentation has been translated to English. Support for ZIPped sources has been added. The _require command has been renamed to _pwbuilder. ABOUT-NLS has beed added as the default document when calling _doc -d.

Changes: "_doc -d" has been fixed so that it works. The following functions have been added: _remove, _alt_configure, _alt_make, _alt_install.

Changes: This version adds the -r option to _doc command, fixes removing of preformatted manual pages, makes _patch stop building process if a patch isn't found, adds _have_* functions for Perl, Python, GTK, GTK2, ncurses, slang, SDL, imlib, Qt, glib, glib2, Tcl, Tclx, and Tk, and restores setting of the PATH variable so wrappers now work again.

Changes: DESTDIR, INSTALLROOT, INSTALL_ROOT, and PERL_INSTALL_ROOT variables are defined automatically for the _install command (no need to include _i_opt for them). Preformatted manual pages (/usr/man/cat*) are now removed. If there are dashes in the version variable, they are replaced with underscores before setting the package name. mkdir is now always invoked with -p option. _have_sasl and _have_sasl2 functions have been added. The documentation has been updated.

Changes: The _have_* functions were added to the API. These functions allow you to check already installed software. Supported software includes aspell, gpg, gpgme, mysql, openssl, and pgsql.
