Changes: Qish should be compilable (with -DSTRICT_C99) on any ISOC99 compiler. Better documentation was made, and a license change was made to LGPL.

Changes: The example ruko frame system is obsolete and has removed. There is a global array of quasiconstant GCed pointers. There are several bugfixes.
