QueueMetrics is a queue log analyzer that measures a number of metrics of queue and agent activity for the Asterisk PBX. It offers detailed reports, real-time panels, and start pages for agents. It also drives a wallboard and has an XML-RPC data interface.

Changes: This release improves security, fixing a bug that would allow unauthorized file access under certain conditions. It adds a new access logging architecture.


Changes: New colorful charts in the main report, a rich set of new search criteria, improved Oreka integration – you can now even watch the video of the agent's screen saved along with the call recording, a completely new auto-configuration wizard and database update tool, and an improved and safer Qloaderd daemon.


Changes: This version comes with a revised Agent's page that will empower agents and give them better insight into the overall call processing that is happening system-wide. Tracking of outbound calls made by agents was improved, and a set of features that are meant to smooth the transition to the Asterisk 1.6 platform. As a last important change, the Oreka recording solution is supported as an audio storage medium. This allow those running the largest Asterisk deployments to factor out call recordings from the main Asterisk server.


Changes: An integrated Firefox client lets agents see in real-time how they're faring compared to their expected behavior and their queue's. The memory footprint for analysis was reduced.


Changes: A new plugin architecture for audio recordings and live call listening will make life easier for the largest call centers. This release adds a Portuguese translation.
