RackTables is a tool to manage tens of racks, hundreds of servers, and thousands of MAC and IP addresses. It will work with a single rack as well. It features a real-life rackspace model, typed rack objects with flexible attribute sets, a tagging system, IP address management ready for NAT, virtual routers and load balancers, accurate network connection handling, a universal search function, a multi-user access model, and an extensible dictionary.

Changes: Two principal issues were addressed by means of a notable overhaul of application code: inability to use values equal to '0' (a single zero character) and inconsistency in RackCode language grammar/parser, that led to unexpected evaluation of complex Boolean expressions. Other matters were also addressed: showing tags for files; correct escaping of multi-line comments for uploaded files; the user's name is now correctly shown in the greeting header; an IP address selector pop-up; bugfixes in the upgrade script; rack row highlighting in rackspace view; and allocation history recording for objects.

Changes: This release features many changes, in particular support for file uploads. The InnoDB database engine is now unconditionally required. The visual layout has been cleaned up, and the internal code has had an overhaul. This release is recommended for all users of the 0.16.x branch, which will not be maintained any more.

Changes: This release fixes a security issue that affected everybody who used LDAP user authentication. It was possible to get access as any user (except the administrator) by providing an empty password. Those using ordinary (database) authentication were not affected.

Changes: This maintenance release mostly addresses bugs and performance issues found in the IPv4 management code. Several PHP warnings have been also fixed.

Changes: This routine release fixes many small annoying bugs related to data input and output. A notable update to SNMP code was made.
