About:
rcode is a Ukrainian/Russian codepage translator for koi8-u, cp1251(win), and cp866(dos) encodings. It is similar to "recode", but has differences in the interface. It is designed to work with pipes. You could pipe email messages through it directly from mail/editor/etc. interfaces. Also, it is useful for CGI programs.
