RealTimeBattle is a programming game, in which robots controlled by programs are fighting each other. The goal is to destroy the enemies, using the radar to examine the environment and the cannon to shoot.

Recent releases


Changes: Separation of the GUI and the core has begun. More sample robots were added, and the existing sample robots were improved. Code cleanup was done. Bugs were fixed. Platform support and team support were added. The documentation was updated. The RealTimeBattle Security Infrastructure was introduced. A Tournament Pack and Diagram Pack were added.


Changes: Changes include a completely new and working installation and configuration system, fixes for all critical known bugs, and improvements to the documentation. A new Extended Edition was also released, with many extra robots and arenas and support for robot teamworks.


Changes: This release adds the ability to send a robot its position with the new message 'Coordinates', enabled by the new option 'Send robot coordinates'. A Spanish translation has been added.


Changes: A Galician translation, a new shape of wall (arc), three new arena commands: arc, poly_curve, and angle_unit, and two new arenas using arcs: Flower.arena and Pool.arena.
