Changes: Previous Reby-originated binds are unbound on startup and restart, keeping the eggdrop's bind listing free of possible duplicate or redundant binds.

Changes: A new means of registering script threads with Reby for proper Thread.exit cleanup, fixes for bugs in hand2nick and handonchan methods, a return value of 0 by all raw binds, and new CTCP binding.

Changes: Binds can now take masks with spaces, e.g. $reby.bind( "pubm", "-", "#channelname !command", "methodName", "$object" ).
