IRC Channel Relay Bot
IRC Channel Relay Bot allows you to have an IRC channel span multiple IRC networks. It relays public and private messages, informs you about people joining and leaving the channel, and passes topics across networks (if you op it). It has minimal ability to help protect the channel.

Changes: This release adds documentation fixes and updates, a shorter sleep on server reconnect attempts (because it's probably trying a different server next), and lots of net!foo changed to foo@net for more consistency between console output and usage. Reliability fixes have been made (it runs for months without problems now).
