Returnable

Returnable is a methodology for using URLs to specify the dynamic generation of content, its delivery, and its behavior. It is implemented with JavaScript code which is to be embedded in HTML documents and which communicates with server-side scripts. The Web page author then can use <returnable> tags within the page to create widgets that respond to events. Currently, only a tooltip widget has been implemented.
