Reveal is a simple EXIF metadata viewer and editor. Some of the fields provided are f-stop, shutter speed, ISO sensitivity, date and time, processing options like sharpness, saturation, and contrast, white balance, whether the flash fired and which flash mode was used, shooting, metering, and focus modes, camera sensor type, focal length and subject distance, digital zoom factor, copyright holder and photographer name, and more.

Changes: Read support has been added for 10 file formats (PNG, TIFF, in addition to several RAW file formats). Embedded thumbnail images are now visible in the Details pane. Photo descriptions can be viewed/edited in the Summary pane. Zooming the image thumbnail in the summary pane is now much smoother on all platforms. Reveal has a new application icon and a new about window. Qt and exiv2 have been bumped to 4.2 and 0.11 respectively.


Changes: Ported to Qt4. Available as a Universal binary for Mac OS X users. Support for the CRW file format. Metadata can now be exported as text or XML. Photo thumbnails can be expanded.
