GNU Rottlog is a replacement to Red Hat's logrotate. It has similar syntax, but more powerful features to cut and store logs.

Changes: This release features many bugfixes, a rotate_logrotate rewrite, and synced documentation. Use of a 'start' keyword has been added for better compatibility with logrotate, as well as *_based keywords to better expand metavar-based filenames.
