Changes: This release adds Array#rwd_table, RWDialog#text, RWDialog#timeout, better browser detection on Cygwin, and MIME support for rwd_files/ (hard coded, for now). It fixes a bug concerning the detection of configuration files. RWDialog#serve now stops the application when the application is being wrapped by RubyScript2Exe.
