ScopServ-VoIP
ScopServ-VoIP is a Web-based management interface (GUI) for the Asterisk system which can be accessed by any XHTML 1.0+ browser. It supports a lot of features like: multiple languages, multiple users, reporting tools, personal IVR, and an end user UI. It is available in SOHO, SMB, Professional, and ITSP editions.

Changes: Multiple enhancement and bugfixes are included in this release. New options are available for Hylafax to control failed jobs (dial timeout and retry). You can now enable SNMP support for Asterisk (run as subagent) and configure log retention policy on logging and errors. Wanpipe was updated to 3.4.1 (Sangoma), Hylafax to 6.0.0, and Asterisk-Sounds to 1.4.15.

Changes: Support for multi-server management has been added, enabling system administrators and service providers to manage multiple telephony servers from a single management console with a single sign-on. Passthrough and transcoding support for the G.722 (HD Voice) codec has been added.

Changes: Multiple bugfixes have been made. It's now possible to bypass PIN authentication on outgoing lines for some kinds of calls, like Follow Me and Speed Dial. Support has been added for the Cisco 7911 and Polycom IP450 in the Provisioning system. In Voicemail options, it's now possible to enable Remote MWI mode, which allows you to turn on/off the MWI on remote non-asterisk PBX, e.g. on a Cisco Call Manager.

Changes: New feature code for Direct Page/Intercom (hands-free calling). It is now possible to send a call notification to a Supervisor when one is on a live call in order to force the supervisor to spy on the conversation. Updates to Wanpipe 3.3.11 and the Openfire 3.5.2 RPM package are now available.

Changes: An update to Asterisk 1.4.21.2 that includes fixes for two security issues that affect users of the IAX2 channel driver (Digium advisories AST-2008-010 and AST-2008-011). Support for custom BLF/hint has been added, which allows you to create BLF/speeddial for Agent login/pause, Hotdesk, DND, and Ringing Service status. There are many bugfixes and enhancements.

This interface is flexible and is appropriate has practically all the needs. If a functionality is not available in the interface, you can add it easily. We are listening of our customers needs. Please post any comments, suggestions, features requests, etc...
