sdist
Sdist creates a skeletal set of distribution files for standalone Perl scripts, so that they can be installed with 'perl Makefile.PL; make; make test; make install' in the same way as Perl modules.

Changes: Minor internal changes to start switching to Getopt::Long, improving the Makefile.PL to include installing of /etc files and items to /usr/share. Beginning to break out generated files into separate templates, and adding processing by Template Toolkit.
