Seq24 is a real-time MIDI sequencer. It was created to provide a very simple interface for editing and playing MIDI "loops". It is the software equivalent of popular hardware sequencers.

Changes: Miscellaneous small fixes were made.


Changes: A mutex problem that caused segfaults was fixed and Jack Transport was added to the Options dialog. Upgrading is recommended.

Changes: This release uses gtkmm-2.0 or gtkmm-2.2. New JACK Transport support. An Undo feature in the editor. More standard file dialogs with filename tracking. A .seq24rc file for saving options and changing key mappings. Remote MIDI control for live mode is finished (BPM change, screen set, and mod keys). The drawing code for the sequence editor has been revamped.


Changes: Performance looping affecting live play mode has been fixed. Patterns can no longer be deleted or moved while they are being edited, and the program no longer segfaults. Save file now stores BPM. A menu item to clear performance data has been added.
