Shared MIME database

The freedesktop.org shared MIME database unifies the MIME databases used by GNOME, KDE, and ROX. This means that applications only have to modify one database on installation, and users have a single place to make changes that will affect all applications.

Changes: The type descriptions were made more consistent. Many new types were added. A package-config file was added. A new option for packagers disables the update of the database on install. New "az", "cy", and "no" translations were added.
