Slirp

Slirp is a (C)SLIP/PPP emulator based on the original BSD sources. It allows the user to pull up a full internet connection over a shell connection, and features sharing multiple modems for additional bandwidth.

Changes: The code now compiles cleanly under Cygwin and can now run in Windows. Various options were improved (DNS, TTY specification, debugging). Users can now use Microsoft's Direct Cable Connect feature to hook into Slirp and get a NATed connection.
