Samba Commander is a text mode SMB network commander. In SMBC, you can browse the local network or you can use the search function to find the files. You can also download/upload files and directories or create them both locally and remotely. SMBC has a resume function, supports UTF-8 characters, and is multilingual.

The new parameters retry-read-groups, retry-read-hosts, and retry- read-shares were added to the smbcrc file. A bug in the function to return to the main menu when the remote host/ share was empty or access was denied was added. Some functions associated with access to files were corrected.
