Changes: Support for the Bouygues-telecom operator has been added, but it is still limited by a global daily quota. Support for the French ART list of operators has been added (knowing the phone number, the appropriate operator is extracted from this file). An option for extra-lib-path has been added.

Changes: The program is now modular. SFR is still the only supported operator, but support for others is planned for the near future.
