SNMP::Info gives an object oriented interface to information obtained through SNMP. This module is geared towards network devices. Speciality sub-classes exist for a number of network devices and MIBs.

Changes: This release, in anticipation of the upcoming 1.0 release of Netdisco, fixes a number of bugs and adds support for a number of new device classes and MIBs.


Changes: New in this release is full support for the Nortel/Bay devices and support for SNMP BULKWALK, giving a huge speed increase in data collection. Other features included the ability to specify your own private MIB directories.


Changes: Support for many popular Cisco Catalyst and IOS devices as well as some more exotic vendor devices was added. VLAN and other 802.11Q methods were added to the API for a variety of vendors.


Changes: This release adds device support and bugfixes for Cisco Catalyst 6000 and 3500 series devices. Some minor bugs have been fixed.


Changes: This release addresses a minor bug where two of the submodules (Layer2::Bay and Layer2::C1900) did not return a 1 as required by all Perl modules. This error was seen in the specify() function under Perl 5.8.0.
Adds fixed width file support to IReport Designer / Jasper Reports.
