Changes: Volume control, balance, and all mixer control code has been replaced fixing many mixer-based bugs.

Changes: Sonic-Rainbow now supports 2-channel 16-bit FLAC Files. The CDRipper can rip CD Tracks to FLAC files and can use CDDB to embed tags into them. The Ogg, MP3, and Wav player now also plays FLAC files, and the TAG Editor now supports the creation and modification of tags in FLAC files.

Changes: The CDRipping component has been changed to a multi-threaded design that allows CD Tracks to be ripped and encoded at the same time. The rip and encode status percentage is updated against the individual tracks in the list box. The Ogg/MP3/wav player progress/forward/rewind bar has been changed so that it can be moved and does not change the playing file position until released.
