Spackle
Spackle enhances the basic capabilities of CVS. It provides a means for finer-grained access control, automatic emailing of diffs from repository commits, and other tweaks to the CVSROOT files. The name comes from 'CVS ACLs'.

Changes: Numerous small enhancements were released in version 0.1b1, but bugs in the release caused 0.1b2 to be packaged later the same day. This release is considered stable enough to install, even though it may have some partially implemented features.
