Changes: "update" and "diff" performance was increased thanks to a local ssserv hash cache. The new "help" and "monitor" commands were implemented.


Changes: Handling of symlinks inside the project root was fixed. Incomplete updates caused by namespace clashes were fixed. An additional "opened" command was implemented.
