ScriptSWF
ScriptSWF is a C and C++ library plus a compiler to create Adobe Flash SWF movies up to version 9 (v1.8.1). It supports nearly all the tags, and includes an ActionScript compiler. There are detailed docs and other tools to convert fonts to Flash, decompile Flash, and jpg2swf.

Changes: Support for internal ASC files was added. A bug in the complex package was fixed.
