Romeo is a Java-based MAME frontend. It supports XMame and the Windows command line, and it has a lot of features. This application is skinnable. It can automatically download ROMs, screenshots, flyers, and other related types of media. A different config file can be used for each game.

Changes: This version fixes a serious bug occurring when Romeo checks whether all files needed by a ROM are available.


Changes: This release supports XMame and the Windows command line. A Spanish translation has been added. A new icon set, Kids by Everaldo, replaces an old one, Crystal. There are many bugfixes.


Changes: This release has code clean up, the ability to choose three different data storing types (XML, MySQL, or clear text), support for Mamu' s Icons for X, support for multiple ROM directories, enhanced I/O operations, and a new skin. All links to www.mame.dk have been removed.


Changes: Multiple xmame executables are now supported. The settings window was totally rewritten, and it is now possible to change the icon set. The search void was also enhanced with a few options.


Changes: Void has been modified to retrieve a list of games, and is now faster. The ability to show/hide tool bars and the status bar has been added. A 'LooknFeel' tab has been added to the settings window. It's possible to load a skin at runtime and reload it automatically at startup.
