StreamTuned is a stream player and recorder. It plays and records audio and video streams using Mplayer as a backend. It can parse stream URLs and related information from playlists, Web pages, or XML/RSS feeds. It can act as a Podcast client, and allows for local and remote (Web service) access to the repositories containing your stream URLs. It is the basis for MythStream, an unofficial MythTV plugin.
