Synaptic
Synaptic is a graphical frontend for APT. It features a flexible filter system that allows you to define several criteria for the package list, such as installed packages, not-installed available packages that start with task, etc. It supports both apt 0.5.x and the RPM-enabled apt.

Changes: GTK is the default GUI now and some nice features where added, including a repository dialog, a filter for "new" packages, support for loading/saving filters, and lots of bugfixes and small improvements.
