Tennix is a 2D bird's-eye-view tennis game with single-player and multiplayer modes. Its features include different weather conditions, day/night play at several locations around the Earth and realistic physics, with the option to write your own opponents in Python.

Changes: A new menu structure, a world map where you can select where to play, and an advanced player input selection have been added to the core game. In addition, it is now possible to write computer opponents in Python, with an example bot included. The game physics have been improved to make the gameplay more interesting.


Changes: This release adds a new menu system, improves performance (optimized for both low-end PCs and Internet Tablets), and adds more options (including experimental weather effects as Easter eggs).


Changes: This release fixes a bug when installing Tennix on Unix-like systems via the makefile. The game itself hasn't changed. Packagers and users who weren't able to install version 0.6.0 should use this version.


Changes: This release adds support for mouse and touchpads to the player controls. Other improvements include increased performance (partial screen updates) and some gameplay improvements.


Changes: Improvements were made in the Win32 build, including a startup dialog box from which fullscreen mode can be toggled. Optional joystick support was added, which has to be enabled on the command line. Keyboard controls were added. There is background music in main menu.
