TIMEEFFECT
TIMEEFFECT is a multi-user system for recording the time spent on any type of project. Administrators are able to manage users, customers, projects, and efforts, and users can be categorized as administrators and agents. It provides agents with the ability to manage projects and efforts belonging to designated customers. Agents may generate accounting reports for customers and projects in HTML or PDF format. It includes German and English translations.

Changes: This release added a UNIX-like user model and a mechanism for charging efforts. Due to major changes to the data model it is not possible to upgrade from prior versions and the program must be reinstalled from scratch.
