TinyButStrong is a template class for PHP that allows you to generate HTML pages using MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite in native, and any other databases. It is possible to design templates using any visual HTML editor (like Dreamweaver or FrontPage). It features simple block management, useful display formats, conditional displaying for blocks and locators, a cache system, and the ability to include other HTML pages and execute associated scripts. Plug-ins are supported since version 3.0.

Changes: There are 2 new features related to formats. 5 bugs have been fixed: one bug with conditions having the symbol equal; 2 bugs with the method LoadTemplate() managing special values; one bug related to infinite loop with sub-blocks; and one bug regarding formatted dates with the locale option.
