Changes: This release adds support for Perforce's P4CONFIG variable. Use with the Subversion command "svn diff --diff-cmd=tkdiff" is enabled by internally ignoring the -u option.

Changes: This release adds ClearCase support and improves Subversion support. A --help option has been added to the command line, and the File Dialog now includes all command-line options. The two text panes can be resized relative to each other interactively. Tk8.4 is recommended for that feature but is not required.
