Changes: This release adds support for Perforce's P4CONFIG variable. Use with the Subversion command "svn diff --diff-cmd=tkdiff" is enabled by internally ignoring the -u option.

Changes: A "tkdiff OLD-URL[@OLDREV] NEW-URL[@NEWREV]" syntax is now supported for comparing two Subversion paths.
