Trickster Streaming Server is a pure Perl MP3 streaming server with a simple Web interface that allows you to manipulate and browse the queue. The queue management API is done in a fairly simple UNIX manner, and can be easily extended.

Changes: A packaging bug has been fixed. This version's tarball includes complete files.


Changes: Fixes for some bugs in metadata handling, fixes for non-MP3 file handling, and some new icons.


Changes: The [UP] and [DEL] operations on queue files and the [ALL] operation on directory were added in trickster-lite.cgi. ICY metadata support was added to trickster-lite.pl.


Changes: A bug when '&' was included in the file path, a segfault on non-MP3 files, and the method of randomizing have been fixed. Credits and license have been added.


Changes: Users are now tracked with a ID using cookies and unique URLs. Extra information such as the user that requested or skipped a song is now available. The tricksterlite.pl script can now be suspended.
