Changes: This release can be used to authenticate both Perl and PHP scripts. There are enhancements to cookie handling, email templates, host logging, the admin interface, save_post_variables(), and tapir_query. There is a major refactoring of Tapir_Auth object. Email verification has been overhauled; users can now change their email address. Administrators can view user sessions. SHA1/Base64 is used for stronger cryptography and higher bit density.

Changes: A bug in session expiration introduced in 0.10.3 has been fixed. A function to check session validity against the database for critical pages has been added.

Changes: This release tightens API semantics and includes many minor bugfixes and performance enhancements. There is a major overhaul of permanent login, post variable handling, and periodic tasks. There are changes in session cookie hash protection to allow for a flexible format. Solaris compatibility has been added. You can login with a username, email address, or both.

Changes: Error handling has been improved: errors are logged in the database, and errors that occur after HTTP headers are sent are correctly handled. Minor bugs have been fixed, and there are cleanups and performance enhancements related to lazy initialization. There is minor database schema cleanup, and major refactoring has begun to extend TUM for multi-language systems.

Changes: A major bug that caused sessions to expire early has been fixed. 0.10.0 broke the email template UI; this has been fixed. Lazy initialization of database connections reduces database load under some circumstances. There are documentation updates.
