UML2PHP5
UML2PHP5 is a plugin designed to fit on the Dia diagram application. It automatically generates the PHP code structure following the diagram's classes.

Changes: WSDL compatibility with .NET Web services was added. Web services are now handled by a separated plugin. There were some changes made in the SOAP server source code.

Changes: Support was added for SOAP Webservices. WSDL code generation and SOAP server code generation are provided. SOAP_SERVER_URL parameter was added, which defines the webservices's location URL.
