Universal Registry Client

URC is a Java GUI client which can be used to communicate with domain name registries. It provides a scripting interface for writing scripts to communicate with a registry.

Changes: New methods to specify a contact's organization and phone number extension, new createDomain() and updateDomain() methods which allow the createNameServer flag and specified fields to be modified, more sample scripts, a new URCDomain.setExpirationDate() method which takes a formatted date String, a 'Tools' menu, new domain tools that provide easy-to-use dialogs for executing common domain actions, a 'Compile' option to compile (check syntax) scripts without running against a registry, and a setAddresses() method in URCHost.

Changes: A menu item for clearing the log output, GRI XRP implementation (implements version 0.2.3 of the NeuLevel RTK), and an SSL properties path to connection configuration were added. Xerces was upgraded to 1.4.3, EdenLib to 0.8, and GRI and GRI EPP implementation were both updated. A registrar password change feature was implemented.
