Changes: This release adds a new script, bell.osh, to ring the terminal bell. It fixes the oshlatest.osh fetch code so that it is more reliable on systems without an FTP utility that supports HTTP. It also improves the alarm.osh diagnostics.

Changes: This release fixes the INSTALL script PATH check to be more exact about when PATH modification may be needed. It also fixes a few portability problems in alarm.osh, which.sh6, and xtitle.osh which primarily affect GNU/Linux systems.
