VETk is a toolkit for developing complex and distributed user interfaces. It is centered around a distributed component model with publisher-subscriber facilities. One can easily write multi-user applications by embedding standard Java components in HTML.

Changes: A VETk Data Constraint language has been added. The WebSet example has been improved. The engine was made JDK 1.1 compliant. The program now runs out of the box on FreeBSD.


Changes: A means to detect out-of-date scripts was added, making some problems resulting from asynchronous message delays easier to manage. A concurrency bug in engine command execution was fixed. A return value deadlock in BAMI was fixed. The manual was improved.


Changes: An OCL (Object Constraint Language) constraint agent was added. A reference manual was added.
