Vocoditor
Vocoditor is a Ogg/Vorbis sound file comment editor. It was written in Perl, and has a GTK+ interface.

Changes: Temporary file use was lessened, and external program use was improved (odd characters in filenames should now work). Drag and drop now works with Nautilus 2.0.7.

Changes: This release works with recent vorbis-tools releases, and has a much better user interface (now with drag and drop support). It has recode support (may actually do UTF-8 correctly this time), and has dropped glade2perl and picked up Gtk::GladeXML.
