W3Perl is a Web logfile analyzer. But it can also read FTP/Squid or mail logfiles. It allows most statistical data to be ouput with graphical and textual information. An administration interface is available to manage the package.

Changes: Squid reports were made faster and take less memory when using the default precision. A new world map has been added, allowing better location of cities. A page report can be watched without the need to open each directory. The sitemap.xml file is available to help spiders scan your Web site. More pie charts and cloud tags were added in reports. Apache rotation of logfiles can now be read with an increasing number. Many bugs were fixed.


Changes: Squid reports have been improved to get more speed. Referrer stats now display the list of entry points for each URL. A CSS style switcher allows you to use your own CSS file. Table sorting uses a new powerful JavaScript library. Web administration has been updated. Installation is now easier using FTP. The Windows IIS installer is able to configure your configuration file at run-time. Language support was updated and Thai was added.


Changes: Frames have been removed and replaced with a CSS menu. A date interval can now be selected. Many improvements have been made.


Changes: City locations are now available in the reports with world maps. Support for the Squid Common (CLF) log file format was added with a dedicated configuration file. Experimental support for clickmaps can be switched on when adding JavaScript into your pages. You can now build your configuration file within the w3perl Web site if you can't run CGI locally.


Changes: This release introduces "page tagging", allowing users without logfile server access to use the package. A Windows installer is available for Abyss Web Server. Document stats have been improved. A progress bar is displayed during processing in the Web interface.
