Freshmeat Spamming
This project is being submitted regularly for marketing in the name of feature enhancements. Few other companies also have adopted this technique to remain in lime light on front page of freshmeat. Without any reason the project is declared updated and relisted which is one kind of spamming.

Freshmeat authorities must make a rule after how much time you can resubmit project enhancements. If I make changes of few lines in my project everyday, can I keep on resubmitting it everyday ?

wow, proprietary CMSes still alive? ;-)
Well it's quite interesting to hear how it would strive in face of TYPO3 (http://typo3.com/), OpenCMS, Midgard and some other powerful and mature comtent management systems/platforms/frameworks. Though... no, not quite.
