Changes: This release adds Guest Access functionality, improves the configuration file, and fixes a number of bugs.

Changes: This new release of workbench at last incorporates a fully normalised database. There are new Administration tools for managing Groups and managing a number of the lookup tables. The ability to attach multiple files to bugs has also been added, and a new access monitoring table has replaced the old flat file.

Changes: A number of major improvements were made. The suite of administration tools is nearly complete, and there is much greater flexibility in filtering, sorting, and viewing bugs. Quite a few bugfixes were also made.
