WyCSV is a Web interface for CSV-SQL table management that features upload and dump capabilities. For both directions of loading, the data table must exist first. Then, for upload, if the data file (CSV) contains no header information (columns name) they are obtained from the existing table. The dump may be in CSV (view or file) or HTML (view) format. It is part of the (and requires) the WySQL project.
