wysihtml (What you see is HTML) is an almost-real-time previewing system HTML and DocBook XML that almost provides what-you-see-is-what-you-get editing in emacs. Implemented as a minor mode, wysihtml invokes mozilla to show the current text.

Changes: docbookxml now uses temporary files instead of ~/.wysidocbookdaemon.tmp.X files. Interaction with newer LDP was fixed. The program now outputs the whole text when a slice is not obtainable, such as when at the top of document. The Mozilla command line can now be customized from emacs, and you can use other Mozilla alternatives like mozilla-firebird. Customization can be done through M-x customize. The documentation was fixed. Support for using 'sect1 id=""' information in docbook editing was added to facilitate jumping near the current editing point.


Changes: HTML preview mode in emacs21 works. An initial rough implementation was included for wysidocbookxml, a DocBook XML previewing system for emacs21.
