Changes: The Java client has been improved with a splash screen and a "Reload" option. The SOAP service has been updated to provide more logging of users accesses.

Changes: This project now uses the SOAP protocol. Both the Java and JSP clients have been updated.

Changes: A new servlet backend, a new JSP engine, better usability, support for only drop operations from browsers, and a new ability to move all XBEL elements through a popup menu.
